The UNA (United North America) has now reached financial stability. By sending American forces out to ascertain money, land, and natural resources, the UNA has created a new, financially secure monetary system. This new form of currency, the Amero, is backed by the gold standard, which hadn’t been around since the Great Depression. The UNA is now sending out elite mercenaries to capture lands that are rich in gold and other precious metals and thus provide solid support for their new monetary system. Additionally, the UNA is thriving since it’s separation from fossil fuels, such as gas and other petroleum based commodities, and it’s subsequent conversion to the new battery pack technology. The UNA currently leads the world in green collar workers, particularly bio-fuels, solar technology, and wind technology. Still sore from defeat, Ekron and North Korea have teamed up in an effort to eliminate the green technology and to put oil and high emission fuels back on the market. Also, both nations are in the practice of trading precious metals on the black market bazaar through purchase agents who trade the nation’s currency for high tech weapons and other critical war related goods. With both factions at full military force and stronger than ever, victory seems feasible in the minds of each.
